Ana de Armas stepped out with her new partner, the Venezuelan singer Beto Montenegro, at Louis Vuitton’s show in Paris on Tuesday 6 October. The 38-year-old actress attended the event, held on the final day of Paris Fashion Week, as one of the house’s ambassadors. The show presented the label’s Spring/Summer 2027 collection.
The appearance was a rare public outing for the couple. It came about two months after the pair were first linked, when photographs of them kissing were published in August. Earlier reports had suggested they were spending time together as far back as July 2026, but neither has said much about the relationship, and it remains unclear how long they have been dating. Their arrival together at one of the week’s most watched shows was therefore one of the more closely followed moments of the day.
Montenegro is best known as the lead singer and guitarist of Rawayana, the band he co-founded in 2007. The group blends reggae, funk, rock, pop and Caribbean sounds, and its music has received international recognition, including Grammy and Latin Grammy awards, according to the report. Away from the band, he has worked on other projects, among them the supergroup Astropical with Li Saumet of Bomba Estéreo.
De Armas has a long relationship with Louis Vuitton. She has worn the label for years and was named a face of its jewellery line in 2023, so her presence at the Spring/Summer 2027 presentation was expected. Bringing Montenegro along, however, turned a routine ambassador appearance into a public statement about her private life, and photographers covered the pair closely as they arrived at the venue. The audience at the same show included Zendaya, Emma Stone, Lisa and Sophie Turner.
The Knives Out star has generally kept her relationships out of the spotlight, which made the Paris outing more notable.
