The Gieni–Copilot integration reflects a larger shift in how manufacturing firms gather information. Many companies still rely on PDF reports, manually curated spreadsheets, and scattered databases that can take weeks to assemble before insights reach sales or strategy teams. The new integration is designed to compress that timeline by responding to queries with structured findings backed by industrial datasets.

Orderfox reports that Gieni draws on more than 20 million company profiles and over 380 million analyzed websites. These signals feed the Gieni Deep Data Graph, a continuously expanding industrial knowledge network that maps manufacturing companies, capabilities, technologies, and supply-chain relationships worldwide. Built on that foundation, Gieni’s multi-agent AI architecture powers three core capabilities: the Gieni Agent for natural-language market intelligence queries, Gieni Data Explorer for structured company discovery and supplier analysis, and Gieni Reports for data-backed market insights and reports.

How Copilot Users Will Access Market Intelligence

With the integration, users can request details about manufacturers, competitors, or market segments directly inside email, chat, or documents. A machinery supplier planning an expansion might prompt Copilot with: “Identify Tier 2 electric motor producers emerging in Scandinavia.” Within seconds, users receive results sourced from Gieni’s agents, including verified companies, geographic distribution, relative growth indicators, and potential risks.

This reduces the need to switch between corporate registries, market reports, websites, and CRM systems. It provides a faster way to gather early-stage insights that normally require multiple tools and manual investigation.
